Fa-g̈ekè Fêqê (/fa/ /ˈg̃ekè/ [ruby] [appearance (act of appearing)]) is a subtropical Town located in the Ineg̈èsho Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Fa-g̈ekè Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Fa-g̈ekè Fêqê was founded by Gêli Trepîtco, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Fa-g̈ekè Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 27°C (80°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a warm 26°C (78°F). Fa-g̈ekè Fêqê receives an average of 268 cm/y (105 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Fa-g̈ekè Fêqê covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1494 m (4901 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Fa-g̈ekè Fêqê was founded durring the early 13th century in summer of the year 1209, by Gêli Trepîtco. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.

Fa-g̈ekè Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fa-g̈ekè Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Fa-g̈ekè Fêqê is buildings are grouped arround an odd layout of crampt paverstone streets, which seems to be based on an overlapping squair patern such that there are small squares at the cornor of every bigger square. Sometimes buildings exist in the smaller squaires, other times they are open spaces, or occupied by temporary structures. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks, spikes, and fences to provide some protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. The town's minimaly adiquite are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.

Right off the bat Fa-g̈ekè Fêqê hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. This wealth has brought the town nothing but neurosis, if you can believe your eyes. Everyone acts as if you’re out to take a piece of them. Every door is locked and every window barred. Efforts are made to make you feel welcome, but only in the public areas of the town, particularly the market.

Civic Infrastructure

Fa-g̈ekè Fêqê has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Fa-g̈ekè Fêqê. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Fa-g̈ekè Fêqê's parks.

Fa-g̈ekè Fêqê has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Fa-g̈ekè Fêqê's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.

Fa-g̈ekè Fêqê has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. Cultural Notes

Fa-g̈ekè Fêqê's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is inspired by the natural world, characterized by sinuous, sculptural, organic shapes, arches, curving lines, and sensual ornamentation. Common motifs included stylized versions of leaves, flowers, vines, insects, animals, and other natural elements. Decorative elements found on the inside and outside of buildings include intricate mosaic work, curved windows, and decorative trim work. .

In Fa-g̈ekè Fêqê there are unidentifiable people in the fog, but it seems to be okay.
